Nokia W8 is officialy announced with Microsoft WP7

Nokia W8 is going to be introduced by the Finnish Mobile giant Nokia. The handset will be the first ever Nokia handset that can run Microsoft's Windows OS platform. The handset is expected to carry almost all the latest and hi tech features. Still the deals are not available on the handset but with the release of handset almost all the leading operator of the UK will provide their lucrative deals with the gadget.

Nokia W8 is expected to arrive with a 3.5-inch AMOLED screen with MicroSD 32GB support, packs a very high-end Carl Zeiss camera up to 12MP just like N8, and has a 360 x 640 resolution. Then again, its CPU should be upgraded from that age old ARM 11 680MHz since we know that all WP7 devices unleashed since last October have a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. Of course, this is just a tentative example of the possible specifications for the W8, but judging from the leaks, we are expecting these specifications to be unearthed in the blogosphere soon.
