Samsung Mobile Phones A Trailblazer in the True Sense of the Term!

The 2011 was in certain respects a trying time for Samsung mobile phones. But it has come out in flying colours.

The positivity with difficult and complex situations in life is that if you are able to see though them successfully the taste of success is far, far greater and the rest of the world begins to start looking at you in a totally new way and with a heightened sense of respect and awe. This is exactly what seems to have happened with and to Samsung mobile phones. Today, now that the year is well and truly over, Samsung can look back at it with lot of pride and satisfaction.

Last year saw, Samsung being embroiled in a legal wrangle with Apple Inc. with some of its main phone devices like the Samsung Galaxy S2 , etc being banned from open market sales in countries like Germany, Netherlands and Australia, etc. But by the year end, all this has changed and today practically all the various Samsung mobile phones including the Samsung Galaxy S2 and its tablet devices being allowed by the relevant legal authorities to sell freely and openly.

But to its credit, the South Korean mobile phone giant played its cards very well and sensibly too. It never wavered from its basic objective and function of producing more and more mobile phones that it did to perfection. And also simultaneously also made sure that its image of a honest and highly professional mobile phone maker did not diminish in the eyes of its countless fans the world over. The fact that in the end, Samsung won most of the patent cases is testimony to this fact as well.

What would have particularly pleased it would have been the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S2 in the same year went on to record a staggering sales of well over 10 million units the world over. The combined sales of the two Galaxy smartphones – Samsung Galaxy S and the Samsung Galaxy S2 – has been the totally ceiling bursting 30 million units! Believe it or not! A good 20 million unit sales has been accomplished by the Samsung Galaxy S alone.

Samsung, in the meanwhile also got out its upgraded second generation mobile computer tablet device in the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. You also had other fabulous smartphone such as the Samsung Galaxy Ace, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the more recently released Samsung Galaxy Note. The last mentioned smartphone handset has proved to be a huge hit world wide. Many users are equating the Galaxy Note to be as good as a tablet device!

It is not abundantly clear to all concerned that Samsung mobile phones are force to reckon with in the market place.

Samsung Mobile Phones Gaining Back Lost Ground!

Samsung, the South Korean mobile phone company must be currently on the moon having seen through really bad times in recent months. The legal wrangle it found itself rival and leading player Apple Inc meant that smartphone devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S2 and a few other Samsung mobile phones and the Samsung Galaxy Tab being barrred from sales in the open market place in a few markets like the Netherlands, Australia, etc.

Now, all that is history and Samsung has bounced back like never before. Simultaneously, Samsung phones went beserk on the sales side and phones including the currently number one smartphone device , the Samsung Galaxy S2.

In what is undoubtedly a record breaking effort, the flagship orignal smartphone handset, Samsung Galaxy S along with its successor, the Samsung Galaxy S2 sold well over a staggering 30 million units world wide. This figure alone is a never before attained figure for any smartphone any where so far in the mobile phone industry.

Out of this whopping figure, 20 million unit of sales has been credited to the origianl Galaxy S with the remaining 10 million units going to the next generation Samsung Galaxy S2. This level of sales even leaves the top of rung Apple iPhones into shame.

Samsung also rocked the mobile computer table segment with its Samsung Galaxy Tab that was qucikly followed up with the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tab. There more upgradations and variations on the anvil as well.

If anything, Samsung seems to have created enough stir in the mobile tablet market and its table devices are really working up great momentum not only in the UK market place but elserwhere as well.

At least it seems enough for a more cautious and at the same time aggressive approach by Apple. Especially when it comes to its iPads.

Now, Samsung ought to capitalize on the momentum thus gained and build on it. And do it pretty quickly and in the first quarter of 2012.

The rest will take care of itself. It also needs to keep a more closer watch on the other rival HTC Corporation has it seems to be silently but surely running away with the top honours.
